Our reports are easy-to-use, illustrative, and easy-to-read
After our firm analyzes your case and finds the answers to what happened and why they happened, we prepare a report that makes it easy for attorneys to quickly use in court or in settlement.
Typically, our reports are issued in easy-to-open 3- or 4-inch binders that lay flat with tabs for instant access to different sections of the report.
Starting with a detailed Table of Contents to provide a map to our report, we then provide a narrative summary of the factual findings in easy-to-read (non-legal, non-medical) language as an overview for our attorney-clients.
If our clients request specific answers to specific questions, those are provided in a separate section and directly to the point. Our clients do not have to search and dig for any answers.
After our experts use their health skills in finding the facts and their detective skills in looking for missing or altered information, we present it to clients to better help them understand the issues. We help educate our clients through illustrated summaries quickly showing how events or processes happen. Summaries of medications, definitions of key words, and other research report summaries and sources are added as the case dictates.
Our firm uses CaseSoft legal software which provides TimeMap and CaseMap products for final reports. They assist attorneys, the client, and the court to better understand what happened in the events. The color time maps are excellent visuals to use directly in court or in settlement conferences to assisting our clients in the case.
