The bottom-line of our business is that we are a medical colleague of each attorney. We are the fact-finders, the medical detectives, and the case preparers for the medical portion of each case. In addition, we educate the attorney through the report and illustrations to understand the medical sections of the case.

The process of working together
Our firm provides a letter of agreement for all clients to be signed and returned, along with a retainer fee, after which work on the case will begin.
On the last day of each month, an interim invoice will be provided on each case and be submitted to the client for any balance due.
With the final delivery of the case report, a final invoice, less the retainer, will be provided with any balance to be paid within 30 days.
Our fees are available upon request.
Our risk-free guarantee
Our firm guarantees its work product unconditionally. If you are not satisfied with the work product provided, simply notify us, in writing, within 15 days of receipt of the work product. We will then contact you to understand the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction and will attempt to modify the work product quality to your satisfaction. If we are unable to do so within 5 days of that meeting, we will refund your fees in full upon return of the work product, unused and uncopied, to B. Ann Wiseman & Associates.
